Yes. The stock exhaust is all one, big, heavy section. I originally had the Supersprint Exhaust on my M5 (just the cans) and had the stock exhaust cut to mount the SS. After about a month, I finally decided to do the full RPI treatment and sold the SS exhaust to an M5Board member. Fortunately, RPI is true bolt on with no cuts if you do all 3 sections (High Flow Cats, X-Pipe, Cans/Tips), which I did. So much easier....and WAY lighter.

On a side note, Joe, I have the EvoSport HF Race Cats sitting in my garage. They're all boxed up too. I have 2 buyers on M5Board that want them. They cost $2500 new. I was originally asking $1100 on M5Board. I then dropped my price to $800 and finally settled on $650. Are you interested? I'd much rather give them to someone local then ship these things across the country.

Let me know and congrats on the new exhaust!!!

Congrats Joe.

As far as being too loud goes, for a more sedate ride, you can always hop in the S550. The M5 is about tearing it up.
