I have owned a number of BMWs beginning with an early E3 Bavaria, E12 (2), E28 (2), and also 2 E23 745i Turbos; and now I have an'04 545i Sport, 6 spd. I have always performed my own maintenence up to replacing clutches and wrenching on suspension and brakes. My question is: is there a manual or pamphlet that demonstrates the sequence of operation for changing the oil and filter and performing other routine service needs? The older cars were easy to work on and everything was clearly visible. If you could direct me to such information I would appreciate it very much. Thanks, Jim
