How hard would it be to install quad exhausts on my 530d ?

I'm no expert but are you reffering to M5 style, full functioning quad exhasuts?
Im guessing you would need a full new catback, with a dual Y pipe...depending on how intense the setup is. Is this form over function?
If so, (yes its extremely tacky) just throw another dual tip on the other side and call it a day.
