Scope: M-Tech Front Bumper Installation
Source of Parts: EuroRev
Cost for parts: $2550 painted (the paint quality was 4 out of 5... overall, pretty good & perfect match)
Difficulty of installation: Not bad... take your time
Time to install: Way to F. long... but then, I sit behind a desk most of the day. One person can do the entire job.
Knuckle damage gauge: 3 out of 10

I started the bulk of this project at 5:30PM. At 11:30 told my wife I would be to bed in a little bit. At 8:30AM the next morning my wife and kids left for church and I was still in the garage just finishing up. I'm pretty mechanically inclined, but I did run into a few fitment issues that took me awhile to get through.

See my PDF for notes on the bumper to hood fitment. The gap/fitment measurements on the left and right are exact, but as it turns out, the passenger side kidney grill is flat on top and the gap is larger. It took me awhile to figure that out (and pissed me off).

I did not have to cut the shock absorbing foam as posted in previous DIY instructions... My foam came pre-cut. See my notes. I DID use 1/8" nylon washers as spacers under the top bumper lip, then installed the five securing screws. I'm referring to the five screws under the clip-on hood seal.

I took pictures until I got tired of taking pictures. Attached is a .pdf to use as a visual aid when going through this conversion. I would like to thank those that have posted notes on this topic in the past. Some of those notes made a difference.

If you happen to live in Washington State and need help, feel free to give me a call. I can probably save you some time.

Next up... roof spoiler and then the rear bumper...

If anyone has photos of the carbon fiber kidney grills (carbon ring, flat black inners) I would appreciate a link or a photo. It might be a nice compliment to the carbon splitter and roundels.
