just bought 124 oem rims need help

i just bought a set of oem 124 rims and i need to know the center cap size i believe it is 68mm just need to confirm...also my car came with tire sensors on mt stock wheels.. what do i have to do when i install the 124 rims on my car??? do i need to take the sensors out and put them in other rims?? also is there a special procedure to place them in my 124's?? such as right front on stock wheels id have to put that sensor in the 124 front right rim then and so on??? or do i just put them in any wheel and just calibrate them?? please help me out im trying to get this done this week

I can't help with the diameter of the center cap for your BMW wheels but most are interchangeable on standard wheels. So the center caps from your originals should also fit the 124s.

As for the Tire Pressure Monitors ... you will need to install one on each new wheel. They are monitored individually.

After wheel and tire installation the TPMSs are reset using the iDrive. If you don't have an owner's manual download the one for your car here:

how do i know if i have tire sensors on my wheels if i have rubber vlave stems??

ive tried searching for posts about the tpms and i couldnt find it..im curious does any1 have a pic of what they look like. i have just rubber valve stems on my car would the sensor be on the otherside in rim?? i always thought it would be a metal valve stem for tps

if you have tpms, you will have metal air valve stems. and usually they have a wider cap on them from factory.

i just have rubber valve stems on my car and just boight 124 wheels im going to put on.. could the sensor on my wheels be inside the tire in the middle possible b.c i have to have sensors in there b.c my tire light came on b4 and i fixed tire pressures and it reset. i dont wanna pout my new wheels on and have a tire light on

your car dont have a TPMS system. you have a FTM(flat tire monitor) system, which uses the abs sensors to determine if you have a flat. it doesnt give out actuall pressure readings. a flat tire/wheel will typically spin faster than the rest of the wheels, then a warning is thrown.
