I did, it's still hard to make out some of the text due poor background placement. But it's all good. Bump for sound clips.

I think you need glasses... J/k.

Very nice setup. I'm glad you found the setup you like and it worked for you. Your garage is a dream, too.

That's awsome, I can't beleive you did a custom quad exhaust yourself! You did a great job and it looks perfect.

I'd love to hear some clips too!

I was thinking of a similar setup, but using the Dynomax X-flo muffler instead of your magnaflow muffler.

The Dynomax is a muffler and X-pipe in one unit.

I spoke to Wyne about this combo muffler, but the price and the performance gain / sound reduction of the x-pipe isn't quite significant on an i6, I guess. I'm surprise the 4x9 fits well under the car. The 12" long 3.5" diameter resonators are nice too.

very nice job! I never thought that system is working and I were looking how to fit the second muffler that the battery case is blocking.

I am thinking to install the Quad on my car now!!! Looking for the parts and the M5 rear bumper....

I hope will post some pictures and sound clips after the installation.... I can't say when will it be done!

Great Job! really!

If you aren't aware, this car is a 530i with one side and the man installed the Quad on it. All you need is the parts (he mentioned them already) + OEM M5 rear bumper.

Thanks everyone for the positive responses. The Magnaflow muffler I used also has an internal X pipe. I have a great incease in low and mid range torque, but not much improvement in the top end HP, based on my butt dyno.
