Anyone has a good and safe method on removing the lip spoiler? I believe the body shop use double side tape to secure them. Do you guys think I can use a heat gun to melt the glue?

Just use dental floss...........the heavy duty type works best, no heat gun required . Good luck

Dental floss is great
Alternatively, heat gun or hair drier to heat up the tape will also work

I was at my body shop today and they said I will damage the paint on the trunk if I try to remove it. Has anybody done that before without any damage?

I'll try dental floss tonight. Should I use heat gun? Will it melt the spoiler? I have no idea what material that is.
The spoiler is sold.

So do I just use dental floss to "saw" the glue out?
