How much do I torque the oil drain plug?

My Ride: 2004 530i, Silver Gray, Premium Pkg, Cold Weather package, Black Leather seats with lumbar support, Poplar wood finish. Mods: M6 19" wheels with 245/35/19 Front Tires 275/30/19 Rear Tires, K&N Filter, H&R Sway bars, Magnaflow Muffler, Sprint Booster, Black front grill, M-tech front bumper, Debadged

Thanks to all the information on the forum, I am planning change the engine oil on my 04'530 this weekend.
I am either going to go with the BMW engine oil (if I get a good deal from the dealership) or Mobil 1 5w-30. I already have the Mann filter kit.

Question I have is how much torque should I use to tigten the Oil filer Cap and the Oil drain plug?

The torque value is on the filter cap. For the oil drain plug, I just hand tighten it and then tighten it a bit more with the wrench. Never over tighten the plug.
