How to jack up E60

I know here are few threads regarding this topic but still not curtain how to lift the rear end of my 545i. in front I see there is a spot to put the hydraulic jack but I do not see anything like it in rear end. Some suggest to jack it up by differential bracket but it seams to me not good idea because there is a cooling piece by the dif and afraid to damage it. Can someone explain how to lift the rear end of this car without bending or damaging anything.

Yes it's been discussed so many times. The entire piece shouldn't be cooling fins there should be a flat spot.
