Default Loose hose leaking?

Hi,

It's dark so before I followed the instructions here, I disconnected hose from back of nozzle and blew hard down it. It started bubbling out of end of a hose coming out of the main bundle leading up from the tank?! Does anyone know if this is some kind of vent or do I have a rogue leaking hose? Looks neat and not damaged and tucked under and protruding from the wrapped bundle coming from tank. If I could clear blockage by air/blowing, would have expected fluid out if the inlet which I opened? Any ideas?

Cheers,

Jamie
