How do you remove the grill

My Ride: 525d black on black sport seats, shadow line rear and side sunshades, sport wheel, brushed aluminium interior trim, sunroof, ......

just got back from the dealership
they will change the winshield and the fix dents on driver's door and right passenger door
I agree on the capital punishment for the playa hatas (yes when i was in LA i was down with hip hop "dont hate the playa hate the game....)
winshield will cost me aroudn 1500$ to fix
for the doors, i am still waiting for the dealer to call me, they are working on it.....
they are also changing the direction of the car (the whole steering system) I also found out this morning that my wheel was slightly leaning to the left side (its a nightmare guys)
the dealer also mentioned that he would upgrade my software to 16.1
I'm off to london tonight for 3 weeks so i won't see my baby till then hopefully she will be fine when i come back ...
