How do I remove Backseat

Does anyone know how to remove the backseat (both parts) on a E60 530d from 2004 (no ski opening).

The bottom bench just pops up. you can just pull it. I believe the back part has two bolts on the bottom not sure as I have the ski-hole and its different.
