How to clear service/oil change light
So i got my oil changed at a firestone care place but they didnt reset the oil light so now the car still thinks i have 2000 miles to drive until oil change and the light came on for service near the speedometer and on the idrive its telling me i should change the oil.. i went to bmw and asked them to reset it and they said they cant do it if they dont change the oil.. does anyone know how to reset the light?? any help would be greatly appreciated.
