Horn Stuck on!

I tried searching for this, but couldn't find anything. My 04 525 horn started coming on randomly about a week ago. The dealer wants $950 to replace the airbag (because it's built in?) but they wouldn't gaurantee that would fix it. Any ideas that I should try? Maybe the slip ring? Or does anybody know a good place to get an airbag?
Also, the emblem on the steering wheel is slightly dented in. Can I get a new one on ebay or does anybody have a part #? Is it just a sticker back?
