Phi - Try the classified and look for myleftfootsmell or elite motorsport. Both have sold HIDs and either sellers or buyers posted some DIY. Take a look. Good luck!

just gotta pull down the bottom piece a little harder with the M tech kits.

mounting the ballast some use zip ties, other use an apoxy and stick it to the bumper (very permanent.....hope the ballast is waterproof either way)

Phi pm me if you have any questions. I didn't mount them the best way, I kinda just have them ballasts laying on the side not secured. It was getting dark and I was in a hurry. lol
