HELP Coding

I just installed a CCC and new High idrive on my NON-NAV E60 everything seems to be working fine but I have No Sound coming out of the speakers or anything any tips on how to code it I have the software but dont know what module to work with CAPPL is not part of my list... PLEASE HELP

First you need to change your vehicle order.
You need to add $609 navigation professional to the CAS and LMA FA list.
Then do a full re-code of all the modules in the car.

Ok so my VO is written on both LMA and CAS and I was successful at coding entire car I think because it did display coding ended and I just had to code CAUDI And CTUNE individually but I still have no sound??? please help
