Hey Watsondog,

I removed my foglights the other day to access the parking sensor!

I don't have the M-Sport bumper, so I'm not sure if its the same if you have this...

But for a non M-Sport bumper:

- unclip the plastic insert in the bumper, around the fog light, by pulling it up at an angle to release the clips around the insert, once a few become free, the rest will come out easier (it goes back in the exact opposite way)

- unclip the air director (I'm not sure of its technical name, it just directs air to the brakes I think.) next to the fog light by pushing back on it, you can see the clips and what angle it needs to be pushed to un clip it.

- once that is pushed back, you can access the 2 allan keys that are holding the fog light in place, I forget what size it is now, something around 4mm did the trick for me, its a bit fidgety, and make sure not to drop them! you have to take the bottom engine guard off to get it.......

- once they are removed, the fog light swivels back enough to release the clip on the opposite side to the screws, then just unplug it and pull it out of the hole you used to get to the screws

worked for me, good luck!
