H&R sway bars instructions to install

Hi,
Has anyone installed the H&R sway bars on there E60.
If anyone can help me with instruction on how to install it please. I have a 2005 BMW 5 series and just bought these sway bars and dont have any idea on how to put them on. if anyone has purchased this item and has installed it with no problem i would appreciate all of your help. Its sitting here next to me waiting for it to be put on.. as soon as i get someones help! Thank you!
