It depends what you like. Blackening out the grill makes it personalized, but also can make it look sporty. At the same time, Chroming the grill (if you don't have the 545 makes it look classy because it matches with the chrome "eyelids" above the headlights. I am not sure if I will still go through with it. Does anyone have any pics of a black e60 with a black grill???

I would like to see how it looks or else I will just chrome out the grill.

Hi, trace076. Great looking car.
I really like those smoked tail lights for the same reason that you mentioned, it gives the car a very sporty look. Am expecting delivery of a carbon black E60 in 3 weeks or so, and was also considering to get rid of the chrome on the grill.

Is it possible to post some larger pictures of yr car showing the tail lights (or a url if you posted them elsewhere already)? That would give me a better idea what it looks like. Thanks!
