My Ride: Alpine White 2006 530Xi (SLD)
One of my headlights has been fogging up a little bit for a couple of weeks. I really didn't care, as it only did it occasionally and only when it rained, so basically it was a VERY minor issue to me, but it did bother me a little bit. Unrelated to that I purchased a pair of LED replacement bulbs for my Angel Eyes. When the AEs arrived, I went directly to install them. The installation was pretty simple - aside from scraping my hands a little - and it involved opening up the circular cover on the back of the headlights. After I've installed the AE bulbs, I closed the circular lids tightly and went on about my business.
Tonight I drove my car in the rain and decided to take a quick look at how those AEs look once again. I noticed one thing that also happened - aside from the nicer color of the orbs - my headlight stopped fogging up.
SO FIRST THING TO TRY WHEN YOU WANNA FIX A FOGGY HEADLIGHT IS TO TAKE OFF THE CIRCULAR COVER ON THE BACK OF THE HEADLIGHT AND LET IT AIR FOR ABOUT HALF AN HOUR ON A DRY DAY. PUT THE LID BACK ON TIGHTLY AND SEE IF THAT HELPS.

Air it out always helps. If not, then you can try using a blow dryer.
