Call me dumb

I have a 06/2004 e60 with Halogen headlights, the basic BMW stock standard non turning corner lights.. One of my fog lights burnt out today and need to replace but would like to get the white ones but don't want to have to install resistors etc as i will end up blowing up my car.

I would like to purchase the standard xenon/halogen bulbs, not HID not the bi-xenon just the ones that replace the standard/basic halogen lights so they are no longer yellow but white.

Can some one please provide me a simple answer with the type of bulbs I need.

I have looked though BMW manual but cant find a reference to OEM fog types, searcged the forums, searched Google but i cant find a straight answer

I know that the high and low beam are H7 bulb 55W so I need to know ?? bulb ??W for fog bulb replacement

I assume Australian compliant BMW built in Germany would all have same specs??

Please help
