The frequency of this function can be modified with some coding?
I would like to slow down the speed of flashing.

Yes it is possible to speed up or slow down the speed of the flashing ...to its limits. The flashing slow speed is what it's capable of.....hopefully you don't want it slower. If that's what you want to do, it's been discussed so look on the coding forum. But as I understand it you actually have bulbs with the incorrect resistance? This can be most likely adjusted in the Neodat file but I am unsure how to do it. I am pretty sure someone in the coding forum can chime in.

We've done it (thanks blood) with the hazards but so far there seems to be no way of doing it with the turn signals as the netodata string for the turns is tied to too many other functions. I want my turn signals to double impulse like my hazards but so far, no luck.

The fast LED blinking indicates a bulb problem, due to the system not sensing an expected bulb or bulbs. You would have to code your car to disable cold and warm checks on the bulbs you replaced with LED. The module you need to code is the LMA module.

HTML Code:
KALTUEBERWACHUNG_
KALTUEBERW_
WARMUEBERWACHUNG_
WARMUEBERW_
FEHLERMELDUNG_CC_

RFS_R, RFS_L = Reverse Light
FL_R, FL_L = beam
AL_R, AL_L = cornering
SL_V_R, SL_V_L = parking light
NSW_R, NSW_L = fog
BLK_V_R, BLK_V_L = flashing front
BLK_H_R, BLK_H_L = flashing back
BL_M_1 = 3 Brake light
KZL_R, KZL_L = plate light
NSL_R, NSL_L = rear fog lamp
TFL_R, TFL_L = Daylight
SML = Side marker lamps
BL_R, BL_R = brake light
RL_BL_1_R, RL_BL_1_L = tail light brake light 1
RL_BL_2_R, RL_BL_2_L = tail light brake light 2

No, my bulbs are ok.
I just want to slow down the flashing speed.

I couldn't find any information about that.

Not sure if different countries have significantly different blink rates,
