Does anyone know how this is done or where I can find some decent instructions??

You should download the TIS, otherwise search on the forum: we have a section with a lot of PDF, the one you are looking for can be there. And check the DIY section as well.

It seems that most people here just rip them off pulling out of a parking spot when the rebar on the parking stop sticks up too high!!

*cough*. yer, thats kinda what happend. Now I have a nasty gap at the wings and after driving home, no inner grills and haf the undertray has disintegrated!!!

Thanks guys, sorted now. Had to order a few new parts!!! Outer grills, one air duct and the wing to bumper plastic seperators.

Interstingly, in that PDF it mentions about how the undertray is meant to fit in to a lower lip and it doesn't. My car is LCI and this is absolutely true, making the lower lip trim rather pointless!

Why is this even happening on production cars??
