Never having seen the door panels on an '08 . . . .

I would imagine that its very similar to the pre-LCi cars :
Remove any puddle lights. Remove the battery cable.
Lever out the "Airbag" blank. Undo the Torx screw revealed.
Undo any "star" screws you can find - usually with little plastic caps on them. On the pre-LCi there are two or three.
Lever under the panel all round the joint between the door and the panel to release all the plastic clips.
Now LIFT the complete panel upwards. The metal clips along the top edge of the door (where it meets the window) may be tight.
This will release the panel, but before you pull it out, unclip the airbag wires, speaker wires and the door handle cable (pull the inner door handle as if to open the door, and you can pull out the end of the cable from the handle).

To refit, remove the black plastic clip from the centre of the door frame and fit it to its boss on the inside of the door panel - this bit is why you had to lift the panel up!
Plug in the wires, the door handle cable will now just slide in.
Engage the clips on the top of the door, then just push the panel towards the door frame to engage all the plastic clips.
Refit puddle lights and battery cable. Reset the clock!

If you have blinds, the rear quarterlight one will have to be removed before you take the panel off - just lever off with a small screwdriver at the top - there is a small plunger holding it.

Hope this helps (and is right!!!)

Mike
