Thanks Iceman and alohalc for your greetings! I finally went to my 530 today with a Swiss Army Knife(!)...

Following the instructions found in this thread (thanks to Rudy and my530i), the car looks so much better now!

where to buy those chrome grills? i found some diy grills on ebay, will they work too?

I tried to do it but got as far ad releasing the very top 3 clips.

What about the side ones and the bottom ones? Do I pull up them or push them? Also in your thread there is something as remove the clips???? you mean to take them off completely ?

im with peter530...i removed the top strip, pushed down on the top three tabs and pulled up on the bottom two tabs (stick your fingers thru the grille slats and pull up).....but how on earth do u get to the side ones?!?!??! the pics posted earlier show them as clips?

I have a jet black 550 with sprts package on order, I recently bought all black grills (no chrome whatsoever), chrome in my opinion dosent look good with sports package on a black car. I will post pics in a couple of weeks.

Thanks for the advice, how to fit. It took me 20 minutes.

It just finishes the front end.
