I have similar problem, can please someone help me.
I have installed dis v57, and when i want to choose free diagnostic head from configuration menu, there is empty field, so do not have anything to choose.
Inpa works fine, because i just cleared errors on my E65

If it's empty it's because your emulator is probably not setup properly. It works off of you VMWare so you probably have IP address issues or you've configured your Host settings wrong.

I know why you get this message. What EDIABAS server are you running? Probably 7. And what windows are you on?
