BTW, do you happen to know where I can find the DIY on how to remove the front bumper? I assume I can remove it from searching for the screws but after Turboawd mentioned about how the active stabilization module was located behind the wheel weld, I have to make sure before removing the bumper. Was thinking of ordering the front bumper and have it shipped, painted instead of paying the local excessive charges.

Thermostat Removal and Install
-Drain coolant (see post #1)
-Remove cable (red).
-Detach water hose.
-Remove nut (yellow) and 3 screws(blue).
-Remove thermostat.
-Installation is reverse of removal. Clean sealing surfaces before putting in new thermostat.
-Top up coolant and vent system (see post #1) and check for leaks.
"Every 60,000 miles: water pump, thermostat, plastic thermostat housing if so equipped
(or replace it once with the aftermarket aluminum thermostat housing)
Every 90,000 miles: radiator, expansion tank, fan and fan clutch if so equipped (for cars
you?re going to keep forever, consider using the all-aluminum radiator and expansion
tank... and you won't have to do it again at 180,000) Every 150,000 miles: all coolant and fuel hoses"

I don't think there was ever a thread made specifically for the engine block drain plug but some members did bring it up in the past. Most of us just drained the fluid from the radiator plug and removal of the hoses. If you're replacing the pump then more fluid will come out from it along with the pipe directly behind.
