I just remembered , when i had my CIC installed , my Ipod Interface ( the OEM interface ) didn't work at all , it plays the first song but everytime I choose the CD 1 from the CD menu ( to see the playlist ) , it keeps saying " Please Wait " , I didn't really have the chance to search more about this problem ,, I even left the car with a complete center console removed and all the trims are out .. but I thought maybe someone had this problem or heard of it ..

Also a follower here! I've just ordered the cable, and looking forward to do some programming and maybe install the CIC in the near future.

A similar issue was faced by the Dension folk as well. Dension had to create a fix to solve this. One more reason why I prefer the Dension. Ofcourse with the Combox you dont need the ipod interface any more.

here is my share for today ,, while setting at home doing nothing , I decided to play a bit ..

I updated the CIC.CXX files from V40 to make it VIM ready , rename the attached file from txt to zip , replace the attached files with the original files of your daten folder ( backup the original files just in case ) , then set the following values of your CIC using NCS ..

VIDEO_NUR_MIT_HANDBREMSE
nicht_aktiv
SPEEDLOCK_X_KMH_MAX
3_kmh
SPEEDLOCK_X_KMH_MIN
3_kmh
Attached Files
File Type: txt
CIC VIM.txt (55.3 KB, 634 views)
