You can't. IT is built into the headlight unit. You can buy the euro version of the assembly, but that only removes the orange reflectors

I agree that you CAN'T change the amber eyebrow's light source. It looks like it is part of the 5 LED cluster that is on the side (maybe a 6th LED that can't be seen from the outside) and is built in to the headlight, and if you recall I discussed how difficult it would be to take apart the headlight in another post (Click Here). Well, even if the headlight was taken apart (without braking anything) it would be even more difficult to get access to the light source for the eyebrows than the amber reflector. Even the European models without the amber reflector still have the amber LED's and Eyebrows.

You can see in the following pictures that even after taking the top rubber trim off the headlight there is still no way to access the light source. There is a connector for the LED's and Eyebrows that plugs into the top of the headlight, but once it is disconnected (see pics) you still can't gain access to the light source. The mating part of the connector is actually built in to the headlight housing, it is not a separate piece.

Also, if you look at the headlight parts picture from the ETK (3rd picture below) you'll see that there is no lamp or LED shown for the eyebrows
