Has anyone already tried to change the cheap looking standard ac knobs for the advanced version?

Is it possible and are there hidden tricks?

I don't think this is possible.
Different size...

I asked my dealer to switch my advanced A/C knobs for the newer ones which look a little better, but even this is not easy...

I changed me and it costs $30K
What you can do is buying the whole unit because there is no individual part for the knob.

pinguhk, please direct me to that link. I've been looking for that chrome surround. I think it adds a more luxurious look to it. I saw it once, but didn't like it, but after looking at my air con knobs longer, I thought it'll be a nice addition, and I couldn't find it again. Please show me the link.
