What part is it? what type of car? and you need better pictures. I'm assuming you are talking about the plastic inside the headlight. But need more info please.

its a bmw e60 530 with lci retrofit bexenon ahl
and that is the broken tab from the adjustment of the lights on orizontal

Ohh ok. Yea I believe that is part of the headlamp assy. I would maybe trying some kind of plastic cement or a 2 part epoxy. Maybe it might work. At this point its worth a shot.
