My Ride: E61
I have a god deal for a business navigation. parts included are M-ASK.CDI-Controller and DVD 2003-2.
Is that all I need? Is it just plug and play? new wires? recoding?

I suspect that - as with any other major electronic components - there is a recoding/pairing step which only dealers can do (or independent garages with dealer equipment).

But if there isn't a GPS antenna in your shark fin, you can add a GPS antenna and just install it under your dashboard!
