[/quote]Its english, I will upload the instructions for installing it. Its called "Bmw - Eba Etk Htk Tis - How To Using.txt" All you guys not able to access it, I can not help you, sorry, if you'd like you can download it off emule. www.emule.com . it takes forever,but it works.

[/quote]It's English--and from what I saw, there were a dozen other language options as part of the install. Once I downloaded the TIS file, I mounted the image using Nero ImageDrive, and then you click on SETUP in folder WIN95\BMW\TIS.
Unfortunately it's a version from November 2003, so if anybody had a more recent version, that would be great.
