My Ride: 2004 530 mettalic black/auburn
I have a 530 with those terrible headrests that don?t support your head very well. I pulled out the rear headrests to switch them because they lean forward more to support the head but driver?s headrest is controlled electrically and doesn?t pop right out. Anyone have any suggestions on removing it???
Thanks in advance

They are really head restraints not head rests
I would not swap them with the rears due to safety reasons
If you want to change them rather go and buy the comfort seat headrests that can be adjusted
