angel eyes on, drl off while driving and no error?

My Ride: '04 530i sport, silver-grey, 15% tint and 50% tint windshield, 20" Miro M6 polished/charcoal wheels, all carbon emblems, upgraded lighting, k&n, smoked tail lights,

how can I keep the e60 angel eyes on alone, and day time running lights off while driving and get no error message?

Also, changing out the shifter on the E60?

In some US e60s you can turn the DRLs on/off in the iDrive but from what I have noticed a large majority of US e60s need to have their dealers turn the DRLs on/off.

I would like to know too. Tried unplugging the bulb then tab the wires in the the angel eyes, but problem is when low beam is on angel eye goes off as if its treating it as the DRL. I think I need a diode somewhere in between.
