AC basic to AC high retrofit DIY rev.3

hi BLooD,
I changed the basic ac to auto ac on my bmw e60 525d, from 2004
I have now got the one with auto on the middle button.
I have followed the pin connectors like on your post, including coding, and everything seams to work except the engine Fan is on full blast, and i cant swich off.
is that meant to happened?
Do I need to do the little mod on the 21 pin?
Please help.

yes you have to since you bought the LCI panel.

yes some extra coding is required, please read through the topic. I am sure Blood has mentioned it.

Hi. After the extra coding it came with service the micro filter.
The micro filters had been change a few weeks ago.
Please let me know what can I do.

yeah I had the same after i changed mine to the high version. Just reset the micro filter warning. Its easy to do.
Also never trust that warning, it doesn't work correctly. In the LCI they took it out as it impos to predict if it needs to be replaced.

Tryed to reset it from the dashboard but it keeps coming on.

Done that but is not working on mine.
Is keep coming on for service the micr filter.
