2006 E61 diff and ATM fluid-what grade?

My Ride: 2006 525d M-sport,19" staggered style 95 wheels,custom quad exhaust with modified reiger rear bumper insert,LCI front and rear lights,stage 2 custom remap, DPF removed, cat removed

As in the title what is the standard grade of oil in the diff and in the auto gearbox?
And how much of each do i need?

The cars a 70,000 mile 525d 2006 E61

Depends on the tranny. Differential is usually the same as the MAT

OEM rear diff fluid is probably Castrol SAF-XO. Any API GL-5 / SAE 75W-90 synthetic gear oil will probably do; I used Red Line. You'll need 1.0 liter.
