04 Glove Box Handle -- Help with assembly

My Glove box handle popped out on one side when I closed it. I got the rest of the handle out and it appears a pin just pulled away. I have removed the entire box and have it in my house but for the life of me I cannot figure out how the spring works and thus how it needs to be placed...Anyone had to do this or have a diagram etc....
