Yep, I know exactly where it goes, the dealer explained the whole process to me. It's very VERY easy to alter the car with an item such as this....

Hey E, give this link a look, it shows the before and after of a boot finisher on a 530i, could fool anyone into believing it's not the same car , but then they should remove the 530i logo too to make it offically a different back profile to really complete the job. Guess you already saw this in your research a couple months ago anyhow. What's next, a facelift? (on the front of your car I mean, but your photo could certianly use a nip and tuck, it's pretty ugly)
