[/quote]What? Griots stuff? are they sold at local stores?? I gotta look now... I have somthing similar to glass wizard but it still doesnt reach... the tip doesnt reach all the way into that crack.

no, i bought the glass wizard at the local store, not the griot's stuff. if you want to reach all the way into the crack, i think you have to make up your own tool

I just ordered the window cleaner wipes at Griot's Garage (along with a bunch of microfiber towels and other stuff) ... placed the order online yesterday morning and the box just arrived at my house. 
Now that's service.
Excuse me while I go try the wipes ...
