Help me understand this. It seems to me that the debate between polymers and natural waxes (like carnauba) is longevity vs. a natural finish. Why do some people spend the time and effort involved in applying a polymer (often times several products/steps) and then apply wax on top of it? The wax will wear down--presumably faster than the polymer, so why not either choose longevity (polymer) or natural finish (wax)? I also question how a wax would even adhere to a polymer treated surface. Not trying to be a wise guy--I just don't get it.

My favorite is Zaino Z-2 p\Pro with ZFX Additive. Second favorite is Klasse AIO. I'm not a carnauba fan- doesn't last very long, leaves white residue in gaps, and doesn't seem any shinier than acrylics.

Treat the car with Autoglym Super Resin Polish, and apply Autoglym Extra Gloss Protection. So far I've applied 6-7 layers of the Extra Gloss Protection, and usually give the car a very light polish before appying 2-3 layers of Extra Gloss Protection. Extra Gloss Protection appears to be extremely durable.
