Hello folks,
Wanted to chit-chat about an awesome place for a quick mini-detail for your car. I know his place has been discussed on the forum a lot but I decided to give him a shot with my heavily damaged hood with etched water spots. Needless to say that Vic knew exactly what to do right off the bat. He knew that your traditional vinegar and water trick nor the compounding trick wouldn't work. He recommended wet sanding and polishing with a glaze. WOW, WOW, and WOW!!! After a 3 hour session with him and his crew, the hood came out like it was dipped in oil. Smooth as a baby's butt and not a single water spot left! He cleaned out the interior, backside of the wheels (my beloved 167's) and clayed the whole car and steam cleaned the engine compartment. And the price? Well, let's just say he was 30% of what I was quoted from a more renowned shop in Irvine.

I will let the picture do the talking. That's Vic next to my 5er!!! If you have special needs for your ride, go to him he will discuss all the options whether it be paint correction or just a simple wash. He really enjoys his work! He loves when people appreciate it even more. He says pickier the customer the better it is cuz he's just as demanding!

Yeah, he's pretty good. Took two cars there the last two months.

-Nerweezy, just spotted you about ten minutes ago hopping on to the 605 South. I was in the black e60.

I'll play Devil's Advocate.... Better watch him detail your car or else there will be shortcuts taken. Been there and unimpressed with his service.

Yeah I dont see how a full paint correction done properly could take this guy only 3 hours. My details take on average 10-12 hours to complete.

What would you have charged for the work on the hood?

Would you have a place you'd recommend? I want to take my 7-er and compare the work. Thanks.
