If I buy a new car I always give it a teflon treatment by a local detailing firm. The advantage is that you never have to wax the car anymore because after washing it with some soap and water the car looks like new and polished. They give me an anual checkup where the check the shine of the car with a special measuredevice. And if the shine is less then they guaranteed the car get's detailed for free again! I love it!

Do you have a specific product name or process name?
How much does it cost?

The stuff they use is Flon2000 I believe (but it could be their own brandname).

There is a local business here and they did it for 195 euros. The Flon thing is a franchise business I'll give them a call and ask if there are more dealers in the maastricht area.

Found it! The stuff they use is called flon4000. You can find more info on their site at www.flon4000.nl I've checked and they've got a dealer in Venlo. I don't know how far from Maastricht that is but it could be an option.

NO!!! PLZ NEVER WASH A TEFLON COATED CAR WITH S.O.A.P!!!!
You have to clean with water!!!!
My 530 was Teflon coated, and there's a sticker on my window
saying "Dupont Teflon Coated, Don't wash with soap"
I heard from other forums that Teflon comes off the moment u
soap the car!!

I don't think those teflon coatings work at all on the car. I believe you have to heat a sruface to something like 400 degrees or more to get teflon to bond to it. I doubt they are doing that to the paint on the car. Sounds like a rip off.
