nice job. I am so jealous, cold with rain and snow around here....have to wait another month (or two) before I can break out the 'ultimate detailing machine'

Great job. How long does it take to polish the car like that? I am itching to get a DA.

Depands on what products your using and if your using by hand or machine. I would think with the right tools and products and moderate severity it would be 5-8 hours that's paying attention to detail and taking out stubborn swirls or scratches. That's a rough estimate that takes for me and I'm a newbie

Thanks that is not too bad... a full detail by hand takes me a couple of hours.

+1 me too i do it all by hand.... can't wait tho to get hands on a machine and some professional products...

I think it probably took me around 5 hours for everything. The hardest part is buffing out the products without leaving any residue behind. Depending on the paint condition, you could also be spending a lot of time claying or working a particular panel.
