Should I use Meguiar's 26 or 16?

My Ride: #1: 2004 545i; 6-speed manual; Sport Package; Mystic Blue with a gray leather interior and Anthracite wood; CWP; Logic 7.
#2: 2010 535xi Touring; Automatic.
I want to figure out the best wax to use. I have Meguiar's 26 Hi Tech Yellow wax, and also the 16 Mirror Glaze. They both have carnauba; the 16 is simpler, more old-school, I guess. Is 26 better?
