ONR > Optimum No Rinse Wash & Shine

Manufacturer: Optimum Polymer Technologies

Website:http://optimumcarcare.com/norinse.html

Purpose: to wash and protect the car in a one-step process that is useful when water use is restricted.

What I Liked: It really worked well for me. I live in New England and not being able to wash the car due to the cold weather is a problem. The car is cleaned and protected in one-step, and all I needed was a bucket of water, and some micro-fiber (MF) towels, some to wash and some to dry. It worked on the brake dust, I couldn't believe that! It has a nice smell to it. The dirt coming off stayed on the MF towel, not my hands.

What I'm Not Sure About: How much protection is on the car? How long will it last?

Possible negatives: The active chemical is an eye irritant so be careful. The MF towels are really dirty after you use this product, you will need to have some MF towel detergent to get them washed.

ONR is just a no rinse wash, there is no protection at all its a straight wash, you should go ahead and get some wax on it.

Phil,

I didn't know you were on this forum too!

Well I got that impression from reading the information on their website, but I defer to your more extensive knowledge on the product. Either way I just wanted to get e review out to fellow BMWphiles.
