Wow, wish I could turn around my car like that in 8 hours. It takes me 6 just to wash it! Guess one needs the right tools!

It's more time management than anything else. While your letting sealant or wax cure time to do something else. If your body is tired from polishing move on to the little things like polishing the tips. As long as you're always doing something with your time you'll be able to shave off a lot of time when detailing. Mind you I was especially energetic that evening. I have no idea how I was able to keep going from 1-2am in the morning to 6:30pm.
