Talking

Here are some photos I took yesterday after a weekly wash. And a couple of not so good night pics too.

Nothing special, just the time attack stripes that I added on Friday. They held up the washing procedure very well, no problems.

Less speech, more action .

Bilt-Hamber in action:

And still:

I did a quick wipe up in the engine bay:

Me and my little helper waiting for all the little notches to dry:

Random shots:

I like the combination of rear lights and time attacks:

I didn't have my tripod along so the night pics are just so and so:

Thanks!

It was easy:
1. Washing the wheel
2. Wiped the wheel with acetone
3. Stripe on (approx. 15min/wheel)

We'll see how long they hold but I'm trusting on them pretty well.

They are cheap 3W LEDs. I don't know the brand.

Nevermind the cables in the pic.

Looks great Antti -- When are you upgrading your exhaust for some bigger tips/pipes? That should be next.

Ok since Rudy (I think) moved the topic to the detailing section, I guess it's appropriate to tell about the washing process too.

There's still two coats of FK1000P and one coat of Dodo Juice Supernatural v2 on.

- pre-wash with Bilt-Hamber Autofoam
- wash with Turtle Wax Big Orange and Meguiar's Lambswool mitt
- drying with Malco Aqua Gloss wet wax (to maintain the actual wax) and microfiber towel
- engine bay wiped with microfibers and Autoglym Vinyl and Rubber Care

I just love the Aqua Gloss. Great product!
