Thumbs down

Dear fellow BMW owners:

I love my Bimmer too, and I did like seeing my brake disc, but what I hate seeing is the excessive BMW brake dust! :bashwall:

So I went to the net, and I purchased set of Kleen Wheels Brake dust covers for $80.00, S&H Included, http://www.autogeek.net/kleenwheeldu.html, and had them professionally installed on my 530i by my local tire store free of charge, when they rotated and balanced my tires.

In conclusion: I cannot not see my brake disc/rotor, but the best thing is I cannot see no more excessive Bimmer brake dust, and I have clean and shiny BMW wheels!

Sincerely,

Presley348

No matter what they say, those pie plates will affect your braking performance.

Also, they look horrible...I'd rather have the brake dust.

YMMV.

Let us know how they work out.

You might try taking them off every so often and cleaning everything behind them. The brake dust has to go somewhere.

Can you post pictures on how they look. I think other members that still have second thoughts can be convinced on what to do by some images..
