You guys are purists, and I admire you for it.

I am purely lazy, and while I am on the golf course waiting for my detailing to be completed, I will lift a glass of Old Speckled Hen to your honor!

What's great about Zymol is that you can get it at Target, at the corresponding reasonable prices.

That being said, my Rejex is on order.? My dealer tells me his detail shop can do my whole car and finish up with Rejex for about $100-$120.? Sounded reasonable to me.

That's a lot to charge for a small portion of a $20 bottle and 30 to 45 minutes of labor. No reason to use Zymol if you are going to follow with RejeX. It needs 12 hours of curing time, though. If you go for the dealer scam, make sure it cures under cover at below 85 degree F.

Reminds me of the time when I was in a bar in the UK and some guy asked the landlord if he had any Speckled Hen, to which the reply was "no, but I do have a spotty c*ck". Quality.

[/quote]I was unclear, JDN. I plan to purchase only the Rejex, and let the dealer use whatever he chooses to wash and prep the vehicle. And you raise a good point; I plan to drive right home (about 3 miles) and park in the garage overnight to allow the stuff to cure.

whatever you decide to go for I'd recommend you take a look at this

No point spending time and money on something that is only going to last a few weeks IMHO
